Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your AYBL gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks and underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
